<p>The structure has an air duct (10) covered with a carpet. A posterior end (10B) of the air duct penetrates into an inclined portion of an edifying portion. An H-shaped slot is formed in an inclined portion of the carpet. The posterior end of the air duct is arranged to be protruded in the inclined portion while a rear side of an upper carpet piece and a rear side of a lower carpet piece are pressed. Elastic deformation of the upper carpet piece and the lower carpet piece takes place in a rear side of a vehicle if the carpet covers the air duct and a floor plate (1).</p>
