PURPOSE: A method for controlling QoS for a data broadcasting service in a wireless LAN, a system thereof, and an access point therefor are provided to enable an access point to assign a priority to a packet according to an IP port of a broadcasting/multicasting packet to input a queue corresponding to the priority and transmit the packet according to the sequence of each queue. CONSTITUTION: A broadcasting service device(100) transmits a broadcasting packet. An AP(Access Point)(300) receives the broadcasting packet from the broadcasting service device. The access point assigns a priority to the broadcasting packet according to a port number of the received broadcasting packet. The access point transmits the broadcasting packet to a user terminal(400) according to the assigned priority.
