<p>The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for realizing a self-adapting clock holding mode. The method includes: after detecting a cache underflow event of the cell delay variation tolerance (CDVT) first-in first-out (FIFO), triggering a self-adapting clock into a holding mode if a new time division multiplex service payload is not received in preset time. With the present invention, the false triggering problem of the self-adopting clock holding mode can be effectively solved.</p> |
