A mobile phone, registration method, system and device for implementing device management of the mobile phone are disclosed by the present invention. Wherein the method includes that: after power-on, the mobile terminal detects that it requires to implementing device management registration, and transmits a registration request message to a device management server; the device management server accomplishes device management registration for the mobile terminal. By the registration mode of the present invention, without the requirement of any configuration alteration on the existing device by the service provider, the only requirement is to preset DM server information, thus it is easier to implement than the tradition registration, and the interaction efficiency is higher to interact by the DM protocol than in the past to interact by short messages. The mobile registration solution of the present invention is a registration mode that is easy to popularize and implement, and with higher reliability and efficiency.
