PURPOSE: A block construction plate and a water-permeable pavement structure using the same are provided to prevent the partial settlement of blocks by dispersing a load applied to a portion of the blocks to a grating and a plurality of supporting parts. CONSTITUTION: A block construction plate comprises a grating(20) comprising a plurality of plates arranged in a lattice form. A plurality of supporting parts(24) are protruded from the underside of the grating, in which blocks are set and supported. The plurality of plates separate blocks at an interval of 6-10mm. |
