PURPOSE: A remote shooting control device and a method thereof is provided to improve accuracy of fire because users shoot at objects with watching motions of the objects through a video being filmed by a camera. CONSTITUTION: A remote shooting control device(111) and a method thereof comprises an image output unit(211), a motion setting unit(221), firearm driving and setting unit(231), and a shooting setting unit(241). The image output unit displays a video recorded on a monitor connected to the remote shooting control device. The motion setting unit displays keys and values for moving a center of a muzzle and the operations of the camera on the monitor. The firearm driving and setting unit displays the keys and the values needed for driving guns on the monitor. The shooting setting unit displays the values for setting a shooting on the monitor.
