PURPOSE: A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a color corresponding to a color of a transparent electrode and use a color changing layer which makes only a portion corresponding to the transparent electrode transparent. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(110) is patterned on a transparent substrate. A color changing layer(120) is coated on the transparent electrode and is formed on the transparent substrate. The color changing layer has a color corresponding to a color of the transparent electrode. The color changing layer receives electrons from the transparent electrode. The color changing layer selectively changes a color of only a portion corresponding to the transparent electrode.
