PURPOSE: A location tracking system for an inside of a building is provided to easily identify a rescuer from a command center by monitoring a location of the rescuer located in a building in real time. CONSTITUTION: A relay(102) is installed in an external fixed position of a building(101) for performing rescue. A terminal is worn by a rescuer entering the inside of the building. A command center(110) is installed outside the building. The command center receives final location information from the terminal. The command center manages the rescuer by displaying the location of the rescuer on a monitor. The relay includes a GPS(Global Positioning System) reception module, a reception data process module, and a wireless communication module.
