<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of damage when a separator is separated. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell comprises: a separator; a plate-shaped member disposed adjacent to the separator; a first sealing member which is formed on a surface of the plate-shaped member and is in contact with the separator; and a second sealing member which is formed integrally with the first sealing member on the surface of the plate-shaped member and is in contact with the separator.
