WIRE HARNESS AND SHIELD WIRE CONNECTING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness and a shield wire connecting method which are capable of effectively suppressing surge voltage.

SOLUTION: When an inverter 11 and a motor 12 are connected using a shield wire 1, a wire harness 10 provided with resistive elements 6 electrically connected to a braided shield wire 5 of the shield wire 1 is used to connect the braided shield wire 5 of the shield wire 1 and grounds of the inverter 11 and the motor 12 via the resistive elements 6.
