<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing double oxide by which high purity double oxide can be effectively manufactured and the manufacturing cost of the double oxide can be remarkably reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The double oxide represented by a general formula ABO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(A:metal excepting alkaline metals, B:metals forming chlorides different from A) or a general formula AB<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">4</SB>(A:metal excepting alkaline metals, B:metals forming chlorides different from A) is manufactured by sequentially executing a step for dripping or charging A into a nonaqueous solvent containing the chloride of B and eroding and dissolving A by heating and refluxing the same, a step for hydrolyzing the nonaqueous solvent eroding and dissolving A, a step for generating precipitate containing A and B by adjusting pH of a solution obtained by hydrolyzing the nonaqueous solvent eroding and dissolving A, and a step for firing the precipitate after drying the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
