<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mount thin capacitor laminating a plurality of capacitor elements, especially the connection structure of capacitor elements for low ESR. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitor elements each comprising a dielectric layer formed on the surface of an anode 1 of a planar or foil-like valve action metal having enlarged surface, a conductive polymer layer 3, i.e. a solid electrolyte layer formed on the surface of the dielectric layer, a graphite layer 4 formed on the surface of the conductive polymer layer 3, and a silver layer 5, i.e. a conductor layer formed on the surface of the graphite layer 4, are laminated, and a conductive tape 7 is used for electrical connection of the silver layers 5, i.e. the conductor layers between respective capacitor elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
