<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that facilitates visualization of characters and pictures contained in a manuscript on which images of a plurality of areas are printed. <P>SOLUTION: A control part makes an image reader read image data from a manuscript (S12). The control part detects a blank area from an image based on the read image data (S13) to divide the image based on the image data into areas of a division number on the blank area (S14). Hereinafter, the divided area is referred to as a division area. The control part varies magnifications by expanding, reducing, and rotating the image of the divided area according to a form size so that each image of the divided area of the manuscript becomes maximum at the time of printing to display the image on a print screen (S18).
