摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible OLED which has improved electroluminescent properties and can be easily manufactured by using a vacuum deposition technique typically used for manufacturing an OLED. <P>SOLUTION: In a flexible OLED using a hetero structure, a hole transport layer 6, an electron transport layer, and/or a luminous layer 8 include a layer including small molecules of a non-polymeric material, that is, an organic material.
