<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste supplier and a paste supply method, capable of supplying a paste having a high aspect ratio onto an electrode of a substrate, which was difficult with a conventional paste supply method. <P>SOLUTION: The paste supplier, comprising a head part 13 provided with a block-like mask 14, at the lower end, having an opening 14a arranged corresponding to an electrode 3 of a substrate 2 to press out a paste 4 through the opening 14a of the mask 14, aligns the substrate 2 and the head part 13 by relatively moving the substrate 2 and the head part 13 so as to match the opening 14a of the mask 14 and the electrode 3 of the substrate 2 held by a substrate holding part 12 in vertical direction, and then separates the substrate 2 and the head part 13 vertically while pushing out the paste 4 from the head part 13 through the opening 14a of the mask 14 so as to supply the paste 4 (paste pillar 4a) higher than Mt of the opening 14a of the mask 14 onto the electrode 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
