<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that since in the pulp fiber-reinforced PP, remaining air on the surface of the pulp fibers and among the fibers separates by the impartation of a high pressure on injection molding, and remains as bubbles in molded articles to markedly reduce designability, the remaining air is excluded, etc., by immersing the pulp fibers in the dilute solution of an elastomer, or the like, and squeezing liquid after impregnation; however, the deterioration of impact strength is brought about. <P>SOLUTION: This pulp fiber-reinforced resin raw material is produced by attaching the fine particles of a lowly elastic elastomer dispersed with water in the presence of a surfactant, to the pulp fibers impregnated with the same kind of the surfactant and sticking fine particles of the lowly elastic elastomer and a thermoplastic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
