PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit a contention based uplink transmission signal and the other uplink signal.

SOLUTION: A control unit 203 of a mobile station device 1 generates a control signal for controlling a receiving unit 205 and a transmitting unit 207 on the basis of control information from a higher-order layer processing unit 201. The control unit 203 outputs the generated control signal to the receiving unit 205 and the transmitting unit 207 and controls the receiving unit 205 and the transmitting unit 207. When PUSCH, PUCCH (channel quality information and/or ACK/NACK) and SRS which are instructed to be transmitted from a scheduling unit collide in the same uplink sub-frame, a transmission signal control unit 2031 in the control unit 203 determines which signal should be transmitted.
