摘要 The present invention relates to nanoparticles including a core and a shell surrounding the core between which a nanogap is formed, and a manufacturing method thereof, which can be usefully used for Raman analysis because they have a very high signal-amplifying effect and reproducibility by means of a plasmonic-coupling effect caused by the nanogap. Also, the present invention provides a method for detecting an analyte using the nanoparticles, and a kit for detecting an analyte containing the nanoparticles.
