摘要 The invention relates to a microfluidic system which consists of or comprises at least one substrate carrying electrodes (1), at least one fluidics part (20) having at least one microfluidic channel (30), at least one electrical resistance element being interposed between the fluidics part (20) and the substrate carrying electrodes (1), said resistance element being connected to the electrodes (2a) on the at least one substrate (1) such as to allow the flow of an electric current through the resistance element (10) via the conductors (2a). The invention also relates to a system of the above type wherein the one or more resistance elements have a negative temperature coefficient. The invention further relates to a method for controlling the temperature in a microfluidic system and for taking into account in-situ the heat dissipation in the microfluidic system and its surroundings.
