The present invention relates to a wireless communication system having an encryption function, and to a method therefor. In more detail, the method includes: a step (A) of performing equipment authentication of peripheral APs or security APs through an authentication server; a step (B) of performing encryption on a security AP-sensor section through a SEED algorithm or an ARIA algorithm using a security AP provided with an encryption module; a step (C) of determining the status of a peripheral AP or a security AP by detecting and monitoring the predetermined data of the peripheral AP or the security AP through a sensor; and a step (D) of determining the position of an unauthenticated peripheral AP or security AP and providing the position information thereof such that said unauthenticated peripheral AP or security AP is disconnected by the sensor if said unauthenticated peripheral AP or security AP is among the detected peripheral APs or security APs on the basis of the authentication results of the authentication server. The sensor overlaps position information on the unauthenticated peripheral AP or security AP with a space floor plan and displays same, and displays a floor plan for tracking the position history.
