A punching device having a head part includes a punching device body, a lead supported by the punching device body, a driving shaft slidably installed on the lead and to which a unit rod for punching is connected, and a head part including an actuator for driving the driving shaft. A screw coupling part screw-coupled to an end of the unit rod disposed on an outer surface of the driving shaft to perform a punching process is disposed on the driving shaft. A screw coupling induction part, for smoothly screw-coupling a rod screw coupling part disposed in a hollow part of an end of the unit rod to the driving shaft, is disposed on a side of a front end of the screw coupling part. According to the punching device, the number of working processes for the coupling of the unit rod and the driving shaft may be reduced to improve working efficiency due to the punching. |
