PURPOSE: A safety helmet equipped with a rear view mirror is provided to completely obtain posterior view, thereby preventing safety accidents in advance due to front gaze negligence. CONSTITUTION: A safety helmet equipped with a rear view mirror comprises an outer cover(10) and a deferment frame(20). In the outer cover, an elongated groove formed in vertical direction and a deferment frame. The deferment frame is united under a hinge(21) and varies locations. Bottom part of the deferment frame is extended to downward. The deferment frame comprises a rear view mirror(30) and a protrusion unit(20a). The rear view mirror is arranged in both lateral parts higher than the eye point of a user. The protrusion is formed in tip-end part of the deferment frame.
