The clamp has a cleat (2) that receives a conductor portion, while clamping a screw (6) or a clamping bolt through a hole formed at planar support surface. The dimensions of a contact plate (1) are matched with that of a cleat. Lifted portions are provided at the opposite edges of the contact plate, into which the cleat is assembled. The contact plate is extended over entire surface of an overlaying machine. The position of recess formed at the contact plate, is matched with that of hole formed in the cleat.
