PURPOSE: A mobile communication system, portable terminal, and control method thereof are provided to automatically activate an outgoing message guide service by enabling a user to register conditions based on specific locations. CONSTITUTION: A service server(201) stores outgoing states guide establishment information. The service server determines the location of a portable terminal. In case the location of the portable terminal is satisfied to location range conditions of the outgoing states guide establishment information, an MSC-HLR(Mobile Switching Center-Home Location Register)(202) establishes a outgoing states guide service for the portable terminal. In case the outgoing states guide service is established, the service server transmits outgoing states guide information to a calling terminal(300). |
