PURPOSE: A lens assembly and a camera module including the same are provided to efficiently transmits light passing through a second lens unit to a first lent unit by including a spacer which includes a transmission hole. CONSTITUTION: A first optic unit(100) comprises transparent plastic. A second lens unit(200) comprises a second lens portion(210) and a second supporting portion(220). An optical filter(300) can be adhered to a second spacer(500) and a third spacer(600). A first spacer(400) is arranged between the first lens unit and the second lens unit. The second spacer is arranged between the first lens unit and the optical filter. The third spacer is arranged under the optical filter. A light shielding portion(700) is arranged on the second lens unit.
