PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bipolar plate for redox flow battery is provided to simplify manufacturing process by eliminating installation process of separate isolating tool and enhance durability. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bipolar plate for redox flow battery comprises falling stages: (S100)forming a body by milling processing and edge processing carbon material; (S110) respectively forming a positive and a negative electrode electrolyte flow channels on both sides of the body; (S120)forming electrolyte supply holes and electrolyte discharge holes; (S130)forming a coating unit by coating peripheral unit of the body with fluorinated resin excluding the electrolyte supply hole and electrolyte discharge hole; (S140)inspecting and testing the body, the electrolyte flow path, the electrolyte supply hole, and the electrolyte discharge hole.
