PURPOSE: A tag for fish is provided to enable users to identify history management information of the fish by inserting a radiofrequency identification tag into a band member. CONSTITUTION: A tag for fish includes a surface member(110), a supporting member(120), a design layer(130), tag layers(140), and an adhesive(150). The surface member is coated with silicon. The supporting member is attached to the bottom of the surface member for supporting the shape of a band. The design layer is formed by printing a logo of the fish farm on the lower side of the supporting member. The tag layers are attached on the lower side of the design layer with the constant interval. The adhesive is spread on the lower side of the tag layers.
