PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel supporting system which enables safe arrival at a destination, even when a crew is more fatigued than normally. SOLUTION: The system includes a position detecting means which detects the current position of a vehicle; a road map data storage means which stores road map data; a destination setting means which sets a point on the road map data as the destination; a biological information acquiring means which acquires biological information on the crew of the vehicle; a physical condition estimating operation means which performs an estimating operation of the physical condition of the crew from the biological information; a physical condition determining means which determines whether the physical condition of the crew is a predetermined poor condition; and a guiding route searching-setting means which searches for and sets a guiding route from the current position to the set destination on a road map, depending on whether the physical condition of the crew is the poor.
