PURPOSE: A lever-type drain device for a basin is provided to prevent water leakage at the outer lower side of a basin because a connection part between a drainage body and a lower connection pipe is located inside the basin having an overflow hole in order to return water, leaking from the connection part, into the drainage body through the overflow hole. CONSTITUTION: A lever-type drain device for a basin comprises a drainage body(3), a lower connection pipe(12), and a lever-type drain trap(22). The drainage body penetrates the lower part of a basin to form a drainage hole(4). In the middle of the drainage body, at least one drain space part(6) communicating with an overflow hole is arranged. A male screw part is formed in the lower part of the drain space part. The lower connection pipe forms a female screw part(13a) in the upper inner circumference and a male screw part(9b) in the upper outer circumference. A waterproofing packing(14) and a fixing nut(15) are thread-coupled to the male screw part of the lower connection pipe to be fixed in the bottom of the basin. The lever-type drain trap is installed inside the drainage body and the lower connection pipe and is connected with a traverse shaft(17) so that the drain trap can be lifted by a lever arranging in a rear side of the basin to open and close the drainage hole. |
