RNA APTAMERS BINDING TO FULLERENE WITH SPECIFICITY AND THE USE THEREOF

PURPOSE: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds to C60 with high affinity is provided to easily and quickly detect C60 compounds. CONSTITUTION: An RNA aptamer which specifically binds to C60 has a base sequence among sequence numbers 1-6. The 2' hydroxyl group of U(uridine) is substituted with fluorine group. A composition for detecting the C60 compounds contains the aptamer. A kit for detecting the C60 compounds contains the composition.
