PURPOSE: A home gateway apparatus including reverse wiring functions is provided to offer the convenience of installation and maintenance by enabling a user to constitute reverse wiring through one LAN line. CONSTITUTION: A first LAN(Local Area Network) including a first core line group and a second core line group is connected to a first port(412-1). A first signal processing unit is connected with the first core line group and the first LAN line through the first port. The first core line group is connected with a second LAN line including a second core line group through a second port(412-2). A second signal processing unit is connected with the first core line group of the second LAN through the second port. A switch unit(419) selectively connects the second core line group of the first LAN line with the second signal processing unit.
