PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat-exchange efficiency of evaporators by connecting a capillary tube to a plurality of micro water passages with a connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A heat-exchanger comprises a compressor(100), a condenser(300), a capillary tube(500) a evaporator(700) which compose a cooling cycle. An evaporation tube of the evaporator is formed into a PFC (Parallel flow condenser) tube. A connecting member comprises guide holes. The guide holes guide refrigerants moving through the capillary tube to a plurality of micro water passages of the evaporation tube(710). An accumulator(900) is connected between an inlet side of the evaporation tube and the compressor(100). The accumulator comprises the connection part(910). The connection part is corresponded to an inlet form of the evaporation tube and the evaporation tube is fixed. |
