PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner is provided to enable a user to confirm the separated and collected state of dust by forming a dust collecting device using a light-permeable material. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum cleaner comprises a dust collecting device(100). The dust collecting device comprises a dust separation unit(110), a dust collection unit(120), a cover member(180), and an air discharge member(140). The dust separation unit separates dust from air. The dust collection unit collects the separated dust. The cover member selectively opens and closes the dust separation and collection units. The air discharge member is connected to the outlet of the dust separation unit. An auxiliary member(190) is formed on the cover member and assists the dust separation work of the dust separation unit. |
