A support structure (5) has a bore (4) in a housing (6) and an axially movable pressure piston (8) joined in a receptacle (7). The head projecting out of hole of piston is a lever-type cam follower (9) attached via a hinged bracket. The piston is formed with a continuous radial bore (10) equipped with two unstepped-cylindrical coupling pistons (11). A snap ring (14) is positioned at a lower end (15) of housing and provided with stop surfaces on piston so that piston communicates relative to housing. The pressure piston is operated from housing out of a cam return spring (17).
