<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watermark embedding apparatus which allows a watermark detector to accurately specify a watermark position and embeds the watermark there, and to provide watermark embedding programs. <P>SOLUTION: The watermark embedding apparatus has a block selection part 3 that compares the complexity in each block, which is calculated by a complexity calculation part 2, to select top m blocks which have high complexity, and a watermark embedding part 4 which changes the signal value of a signal at a specified position in the block selected by the block selection part 3 to embed the watermark. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
