The device (1) has conductor substrate (12) which is electrically connected with probe (2) via contact separation transformer (7), and mechanically connected to stiffening device (26) via tilt adjustment unit (34). The cross-spacers (30) are screwed into substrate by threaded screws. The stiffening device has receptacle having step portion between internally threaded portion and thread-free portions. A screw ring having external thread screwed in threaded portion is located on other side of flange so that nut presses against step portion when screw ring is in locked position.
