PURPOSE: A food cutting device for a kitchen is provided to repetitively cut food with equal thickness, since a cutting blade unit is vertically moved by the simple manipulation of an operation lever. CONSTITUTION: A food cutting device comprises a mainframe(100), a cutting blade unit(200), a food holder(400), a support block(300), and an operation lever(500). The cutting blade unit is vertically moved in the main frame. The cutting blade unit cuts food by downward movement. The food is injected through the food holder. The support block moves vertically in the same straight path with the cutting blade unit and is mounted in the main frame. The support block is elastically supported upward with an elastic member(600) in order to support the food. The operation lever is connected to the cutting blade unit and is operated by a user to move the cutting blade unit vertically.
