PURPOSE: A system for rapidly loading and unloading a material for a machine tool is provided to enhance loading and unloading efficiencies of a product by simultaneously operating a plurality of cylinder units. CONSTITUTION: A system for rapidly loading and unloading a material for a machine tool comprises a setting unit(100), a loading/unloading unit(200), first and second linear moving units(300,400). The setting unit places a material on a right position. The loading/unloading unit picks and loads the material on a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe, and unloads the material processed by the CNC lathe. The cylinder units of the first linear moving unit move forth or back simultaneously. The first linear moving unit guides the first linear movement of the loading/unloading unit. The second linear moving unit guides the second linear movement of the loading/unloading unit and the first linear moving unit.
