COMPOSITION FOR ENTERIC HARD CAPSULE AND ENTERIC HARD CAPSULE PREPARED BY USING THE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: An enteric composition for soft capsule is provided to ensure mechanical strength and high transparency. CONSTITUTION: An enteric composition contains: 50-90 weight parts of 20-24 wt% of methoxy group, 6-10 wt5 of hydroxy propoxy group, 21-26 wt% of phthalyl group; 10-50 weight parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC); and 5.5-7.6 weight parts of alkali agent based on total 100 weight parts of HPMCP and HPMC. The alkali agent contains ammonium, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, or two or more mixture thereof. The composition additionally contains 1-15 weight parts of plasticizer. The plasticizer includes hydrogenated corn syrup, triethyl citrate(TEC), triacetin(TA), polyethylene glycol(PEG), or propylene glycol(PG).
