PURPOSE: A solid super capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently improve capacitance per unit area of the capacitor by forming a nanowire bundle on the surface of an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first nano-wire bundle electrode(11) comprises a first electrode and a first nano-wire bundle(112). The first nano-wire bundle is perpendicularly extended from the first electrode. A second nano-wire bundle electrode(12) comprises a second electrode(121) and a second nano-wire bundle. The second electrode is parallelly formed with the first electrode. The second nano-wire bundle is perpendicularly extended from the second electrode. Adhesive is spread on the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are respectively formed at the upper surface and lower surface of a substrate.
