PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a substrate for preventing bio-film formulation using colloidal nanoparticles is provided to block and suppress contamination and corrosion. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a substrate for preventing biofilm formation comprises: a step of arranging colloidal nanoparticles on the supper portion of the substrate; a step of coating protective materials onto the substrate; a step of removing the colloidal nanoparticles from the substrate; and a step of forming a hole and porous structure. A sensor for testing water quality contains the substrate.
