<p>ABSORBENT BREAST PAD AND MANUFACTURING METHODTo provide a breast-milk pad, which can be producedrelatively easily, reduces an uncomfortable sensation to theskin surface of a user, and has excellent shape retentionproperties, and a method for producing the breast-milk pad.The breast-milk pad comprises a material that is madeup by stacking: a back sheet 1]. that prevents permeation ofliquid; a top sheet 13 that contacts the body; and an absorber12 that is disposed between the back sheet 11 and the top sheet13, wherein the top sheet and the back sheet are bonded to eachother in an outer peripheral portion, cutout portions 22obtained by cutting the absorber are formed in positions facingeach other at the outer peripheral portion such that cutoutwidth of each of the cutout portions gradually narrows downinwardly, the top sheet and the back sheet are bonded to eachother on the inner side between the cutout portions, and thebreast-milk pad further comprises bonding portions 21 forbonding inner surfaces of the top sheet together, which aresuperposed at each of cutout portions, in a state in which theproduct is folded up along a folding line 23 connecting thecutout portions facing each other so that the top sheet formsthe inner surfaces.Fig. 1</p> |
