The invention relates to a method and a device for diagnosing an electric power transformer upon checking the vector group thereof. According to the invention, the method consists in analyzing the cumulated diagrams of the on-load control steps obtained by summing up the oscillograms achieved by a diagnosing device, passing through all the steps of the on-load changer, where, for each position in the clock hour figure of the transformer to be checked, the cumulated diagrams are stored in the memory of a computer, in order to be compared with the cumulated diagrams obtained upon previously scheduled revisions or in case of failures. The device claimed by the invention consists of a support framework () on which there is mounted a D.C. source () provided with a button switch (), as well as a measuring apparatus () with an indicator in the middle of the scale, the cumulated diagrams of the on-load control steps being achieved due to an oscilloscope () provided with a socket () of the USB type, for saving the data obtained upon the check up of a transformer (). |
