OPTICAL SYSTEM FOR CORONA DISCHARGE DETECTION AND APPARATUS FOR DETECTING ULTRAVIOLET RAYS

PURPOSE: A corona discharge detection optical system and an ultraviolet detection apparatus using the same are provided to efficiently utilize a space by arranging a daytime optical system in a region of the center of an ultraviolet detection system in which light is not entered. CONSTITUTION: A corona discharge detection optical system(10) comprises a first optical system(11) and a second optical system(12). An ultraviolet filter(30) blocks a wavelength band except for a sunlight blind band. An ultraviolet ray image amplifier(40) concentrates light by the corona discharge detection optical system. Light of the sunlight blind band is transmitted by the ultraviolet filter. An optic fiber taper(50) is amplified from the ultraviolet ray image amplifier. An optical signal outputted from the optic fiber taper is provided to a second detection unit(60). An image overlapping management unit(70) processes a first image signal provided from a first detection unit, and a second image signal outputted from the second detection unit.
