PURPOSE: A variable nozzle system capable of a thrust vectoring is provided to control the thrust vectoring by changing circularity and controlling a flap operating unit independently. CONSTITUTION: A variable nozzle system capable of a thrust vectoring comprises a plurality of flap operating units(10) placed in a circumferential direction. The flap operating units are independently driven. The flap operating units comprise a plate-shaped nozzle case(17), a flap connection member(11), piezoelectric element actuators. The flap connection member is located inside the nozzle case. The flap connection member moves toward the center or a radial direction and change a size of a nozzle neck. The piezoelectric element actuators is installed between the nozzle case and the flap connection member and driven electrically. The piezoelectric element actuators move the flap connection member to the center direction or redial direction.
