PURPOSE: A method for determining mixture by analyzing species-specific low molecular protein is provided to enable easy qualitative evaluation. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining mixture comprises: a step of rotating cereal seed granules at 3000 rpm and crushing the seeds into fine powder; a step of isolating proteins from the crushed seeds using protein extraction buffer; a step of adjusting pH concentration of the buffer by 10.0; and a step of analyzing a protein-chip by SELDI-TOF-MS to search proteins which do not have significance. The protein includes anionic, cationic, basic, and acidic low molecular proteins.
