<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately recognize a state of the inside a recovery container for recovering a surplus portion overflowing from a reservoir part of a developing device by replenishment with two-component developer than the case where such constitution is not employed. <P>SOLUTION: When the two-component developer is going to get over a partition 122 in the reservoir part 110, its amount is not always matched with (or directly proportional to) a replenishing amount because of its fluidity. The recovered amount of collected developer to the recovery container 116 that is a base, is set as a basic supply amount of new two-component developer supplied from toner supply paths 13Y, 13M, 13C and 13K, therefore, and also a correction coefficient is set to each of temperature from a temperature sensor 112, humidity from a humidity sensor 114, and a driving state (flow speed of the two-component developer) of spiral auger. After calculating the basic supply amount, the correction coefficient is reflected therein, thereby correcting the error based on the condition in such a time (temperature, humidity and flow speed) of the discharge amount from the reservoir part 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
