SIGNAL PATTERN AND DISPERSION TOLERANT STATISTICAL REFERENCE OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A statistical reference oscillator for being tolerant to a signal pattern and dispersion is provided to obtain a locking frequency regardless of data patterns by minimizing the error of input data. CONSTITUTION: A statistical reference clock generator(100) outputs a reference signal dividing input data into a first division ratio. A divider(400) outputs feedback signals by dividing the frequency of an output signal into a second division ratio. A frequency detector(200) outputs a difference signal according to the difference of a reference signal and the feedback signal. An output signal generator(300) outputs the output signal according to the difference signal. The statistical reference clock generator includes a multiple threadhold slicer(110) and a frequency divider(120).
