PURPOSE: A sludge dehydrating apparatus based on electrical phenomenon at interfaces is provided to increase the size of the apparatus and to facilitate maintenance after installation. CONSTITUTION: A main body(10) is prepared. A pair of lower rollers(22) is rotatably installed in the main body. A pair of upper rollers(23) is rotatably installed in the main body and corresponds to the lower rollers. Caterpillars(30) are respectively installed at the upper rollers and the lower rollers and transfer sludge to the inside of the main body. The sludge is further dehydrated by the caterpillars. A pantagraph(40) is installed at the main body and applies electricity of different polarities to the rollers and the caterpillars. Electricity applied to the parts of caterpillars in which dehydration is generated. A plurality of guiding rollers(70) is installed at the main body and supports and guides the caterpillars. |
