<p>The invention relates to a spur wheel with geometrically modified curved teeth used within plastic gearings with increased bearing capacity. The claimed wheel has a toothing generated by a conical surface rolling on a semifinished good, at the level of the base circle of the toothing, said surface having an axis of rotation inclined by an angleβto the surface of a generating rack flank, and an angle of pressure of 0°, where the radius of the base circle determines the curvature of the tooth flank on width, the disposition of teeth on width takes place according to parabolic arches, the involute profile evolvent of the tooth varies sensibly on width as evolute of base circles with radiuses sensibly larger as the involute is more distant from the meridian plane, where the profile of the tooth is in the shape of a standard involute, the height of the tooth decreasing sensibly from the meridian plane, where it has a standard value, to the peripheral planes.</p> |
